The Challenge
Universal Handling Equipment Co., a manufacturer of steel containers for the waste, scrap steel, and recycling industries, faced a familiar dilemma: their aging shear was slowing production and holding back their team. Every piece of material for their dumpsters, shipping containers, and other products runs through the shear, making it the heartbeat of their operation.
