Batch-driven bending intelligence
Parts lists originating from assembly processing are imported automatically. For each part, the software generates a bending program based on the selected press brake and tool configuration, ensuring consistent results across entire batches. This standardised approach reduces variation between operators and helps maintain consistent bending quality throughout production.
Documentation without manual effort
In addition to bending programs, the system generates DXF unfoldings with calculated bend allowances and detailed PDF bending reports. Every output remains linked to the original part data for full traceability.
