At Bliss-Bret, our work does not end with the delivery of a press in many ways, it starts there.

A press is not just a machine. It is part of a customer’s production, performance and daily reliability. That is why after-sales support is not an extra at Bliss-Bret, but a natural part of our commitment.

Whenever a customer faces a technical issue, needs support, maintenance, spare parts or expert guidance, they can turn to us with confidence. We are here not only to supply presses, but to stand behind them throughout their lifecycle.

Our service teams operate from two locations in Europe: France and Slovakia, allowing us to support our customers with responsiveness and technical expertise across Western and Eastern Europe.

Beyond standard service and maintenance, we also provide renovation and modernization of presses. Renovation can include component replacement, repairs, or giving an existing press a new lease of life. Modernization means upgrading the machine with newer technology to improve performance, reliability and long-term usability. It can also include the integration of additional automation and robotic solutions to further enhance productivity, safety and process efficiency.

We provide both types of support for presses of the Bliss (Europe) and Bret brands.

For us, long-term partnership matters just as much as engineering quality. And perhaps the strongest proof is time itself: Bliss-Bret has been present on the market for 150 years. That legacy is more than history it is a mark of trust, experience and continuity.

Our customers know that choosing Bliss-Bret means choosing more than a machine. It means choosing a partner who remains available, responsive and committed long after commissioning.

Because true reliability is not only built into the press. It is built into the relationship behind it.

Bliss-Bret - designed with excellence, ready to build your future.

BB service

Hi, my name is Martin. I am an Electro-Designer at BLISS-BRET.

My work focuses on designing electrical schematics for our mechanical and hydraulic presses. I also specify cabling and all necessary components to ensure each machine operates reliably and safely.

I’m not just a “schematic designer.” I don’t mind putting on overalls—I also wire and test the systems I design. This mix of desk work and hands-on practice lets me see the full picture, from the first draft to a fully functional machine.

 My motto is:
I think in voltage, I create for bending.
