Pre dlhodobého klienta sme vyvinuli a dodali prispôsobenú výrobnú linku, ktorá pozostáva z hydraulického lisu s kapacitou 800 ton a odvíjacej linky. Náš klient patrí medzi popredných lídrov na trhu v oblasti výmenníkov tepla pre automobilový e-mobilný priemysel.
Práve preto sme obzvlášť hrdí na to, že naša technická riešenia bola vybraná na výrobu komponentov chladičov batérií pre európskych výrobcov elektrických vozidiel.

For a long-term client, we developed and supplied a customized production line consisting of an 800-ton hydraulic press and a decoiling line. Our client is one of the leading market players in the field of heat exchangers for the automotive e-mobility industry.
This is why we are particularly proud that our technical solution was chosen for the production of battery cooler components for European electric vehicle manufacturers.
Dva pohyblivé stolíky
Podávacia linka je vybavená vozíkom na cievky, ktorý zabezpečuje automatizovanú a bezpečnú manipuláciu so vstupným materiálom. Lis je prispôsobený na použitie nástrojov klienta a je vybavený dvoma pohyblivými stolíkmi.
Kombinácia pohyblivých stolíkov a automatizovaných hydraulických upínačov nástrojov zaručuje bezpečnú a rýchlu výmenu nástrojov. Zároveň umožňuje zákazníkovi, počas prebiehajúcej výroby, vopred pripraviť nový nástroj.
Ergonomická a bezpečná údržba je možná vďaka špeciálnej veľkej plošine, ktorá je nainštalovaná na vrchu lisu.

The feeding line is equipped with a coil-cart for the automated and secured handling of the input material.
The press is customised to receive the client’s tooling and it is equipped with two moving bolsters. The moving bolsters combined with automated hydraulic tool clamps, assure safe and quick tool changes, and offers the possibility to our customer, during ongoing production, to prepare a new tool in advance.
Ergonomic and safe maintenance is possible thanks to a special large platform installed on top of the press.
