Our latest project in the Czech Republic demonstrates the reliability and quality of custom-made solutions by Bliss-Bret.
We successfully delivered and commissioned two 400-ton mechanical double-crank presses (2PACK40L), complete with feeding lines.
🔧The full technical solution includes:
- Press table size: 2500 × 1400 mm
- PMR – sliding bolster for both presses, with tool capacity up to 8,000 kg
- Press speed: 30–120 strokes per minute
- Material thickness: 0.4–4 mm; width: 50–800 mm
- Press force measurement and collision detection system
- V-block for fast and trouble-free coil change
- Programmable roller lubrication system
- Vibrating conveyor and parts evacuation conveyor
- Remote access and management of both press and line
