Automatic assembly analysis

STEP and IGES assemblies are analysed automatically. Parts are identified, classified by thickness and manufacturing method, and separated into folded parts, flat parts and purchased components. This eliminates manual sorting and prevents costly preparation errors.

Clean outputs for every production step

Folded parts are exported as individual STP files for bending preparation. Flat parts are exported as DXF files for laser cutting. Purchased items such as fasteners are listed separately for procurement, ensuring nothing gets overlooked.
