PHD800 Hydraulic press with a quick-change tool equipment system
For a long-term client we have developed and supplied a customised production line which consists of a hydraulic press of 800 tons and a decoiling line.
Our client is one of the main market leaders in the field heat-exchangers for the automotive e-mobile industry. That is why we are particularly proud that our technical solution has been chosen to produce battery coolers components for European e-car manufacturers.
The feeding line is equipped with a coil-cart for the automated and secured handling of the input material.
The press is customised to receive the client’s tooling and it is equipped with two moving bolsters. The moving bolsters combined with automated hydraulic tool clamps, assure safe and quick tool changes, and offers the possibility to our customer, during ongoing production, to prepare a new tool in advance.
Ergonomic and safe maintenance is possible thanks to a special large platform installed on top of the press.
