Facing surging demand from oil & gas, data center, and military clients, CCC installed a HACO SynchroMaster 150-ton press brake with EASYBEND 2D control, alongside a 3kW HACO fiber laser. The result: faster lead times, higher precision, and a more agile workforce.
“We serve clients with zero tolerance for error,” said Steve Morgan, Engineering Manager at CCC. “HACO’s technology gives us the precision and repeatability we need. The control software—Cypcut for lasers and HacoBend Pro for press brakes—is extremely intuitive. Our operators were up to speed in just two days, which is a huge advantage in a fast-paced environment.”
CCC’s team of 50 produces 150–200 custom HVAC units annually, each requiring exacting standards. The new HACO equipment has reduced rework and enabled the company to respond quickly to complex project requirements. “We’ve compared other brands, but HACO’s combination of robust machines and responsive local support keeps us coming back,” Morgan added. “We’re already planning to expand with two more HACO machines in the near future.”
