We are very excited to present our latest production unit.
A fully automated production line is in the process of being finalised. The start-up required more work than initially planned but the result is worth seeing.
This BLISS-BRET production line comprises a hydraulic servo press, automatic picking and loading stations -to guarantee continuous production -, three industrial robots, a fully programmable spraying station to lubricate the blanks before press operation and a scanner for control of the finished products.

During production, the new hydraulic servo drive ensures a noise level below 72 dB(A) and an energy consumption significantly lower than a conventional hydraulic press. Depending on the programmed press cycle, a 20 to 35% saving in power consumption is achieved.
The press, with a capacity of 6000 kN, is equipped with motorised hydraulic dampers allowing blanking of sheet metal without burrs or noise.
A motorised cart dedicated to semi-automated and safe change of press tools is installed to optimise the production changeover time. BLISS-BRET has also incorporated pneumatically operated hatches to evacuate waste to a central conveyor, passing through the press frame. Finally, for optimal accessibility during maintenance, BLISS-BRET has opted for the installation of a large platform around the hydraulic unit; the latter also accommodates the various electrical cabinets of the unit as well as the cooling system.
The industrial robots are equipped with an automatic gripper changing system. The number of grippers has been reduced by the use of clever adjustment systems. These pneumatic motorised systems make it possible that the same grippers can be employed for different productions.
Before the press operation, the blanks pass through a lubrication tunnel. Parameters, such as the thickness of the oil film and the lubricated areas of the sheet can be programmed to allow an optimised oil consumption. Use of evanescent oils in small quantities reduces the cost and time of cleaning the produced parts. The tunnel is equipped with an oil mist extractor that rejects the air after filtering the oil mist.
The operator of the equipment can also program the sampling frequency of products. After the press cycle these products are positioned on a control table by a robot. A scanner, equipped with laser technology, scans the end-product and highlights any defects that may indicate incorrect setting or damage of the press tool

About us - Anna
My name is Anna, and I have been working as an administrative employee for almost 20 years at Bliss-Bret, a manufacturer of hydraulic and mechanical presses and feeding lines. My job is closely tied to the day-to-day operations of the company. It includes organizing business trips, processing travel orders, managing document records, as well as handling HR tasks, invoicing, and communication with government offices, banks, and external partners.
My philosophy is based on responsibility, attention to detail, and a human approach.
I believe that behind every administrative task lies a piece of order that contributes to the successful operation of the entire company. When everything falls into place and everyone has what they need – that's when I feel my work truly matters.
