Straightening is a crucial step in decoiling lines to accommodate a diverse range of modern materials. Our straighteners are crafted to meet this demand, offering unparalleled straightening quality thanks to their heads equipped with straightening rollers and adjustable drives, suitable for strips ranging from 50 to 1000 mm wide and 0.15 to 7 mm thick as standard.

Furthermore, we provide a comprehensive range of options and accessories to meet your specific requirements. These include motorised penetration settings and speed control using photocells or ultrasonic probes.

Decoiling lines

At Bliss-Bret, our industrial decoiling lines are designed for a wide range of material sizes. Our standard range offers strip widths from 50 to 1,000 mm and thicknesses from 0.4 to 7 mm. We can also adapt our equipment to handle a range of materials, from aluminium to very high yield strength steels.

Our decoiling lines comply with current European standards and are equipped with safety devices to ensure the protection of operators. We collaborate closely with our customers to design optimal peripheral enclosure configurations, ensuring high levels of productivity and ergonomics.
