De standaard Kingsland Tubemaster bestaat uit:

  • 60P hydraulische ponsmachine met een 625 mm diepe hals
  • Doorzichtige werkplaatsbeveiliging
  • Automatische HK-A1-001 CNC-besturing (zie CNC-bedieningsbeschrijving op de website)
  • Spil ('buisdie') met een buis van 3,6 m en verstelbare houders
  • 2 x 4,0 M transportsystemen met een werkingsafstand van 3,6 M, met 225 mm brede ingebouwde stalen rollen en verticale positioneringsgeleiders.

De standaardeenheid ponst de buis van 25 mm tot een maximale buitenmaat van 150 mm, tot 3,6 M lang, en kan worden verlengd in lengten van 1,0 m tot 7,6 m. Buizen met een maximale buitenafmeting van 80 mm kunnen in één slag dwars doorgeslagen worden (boven en onder).

The standard Kingsland Tubemaster comprises of: 

  • 60P Hydraulic Punching machine with 625 mm deep throat
  • See-through work area guard
  • Automatic HK-A1-001 CNC control (see CNC control description page on website)
  • Mandrel (tube die) with 3.6 m tube and adjustable holders
  • 2 x 4.0 M conveyor systems giving an operating distance of 3.6 M, with 225 mm wide built-in steel rollers, and vertical positioning guides.

The standard unit will punch tube from 25 mm to a maximum 150 mm outside dimension, up to 3.6 M long, and can be extended in 1.0 m lengths up to 7.6 m. Tubes up to a maximum of 80 mm outside dimension can be punched right through (top and bottom) in 1 hit.

Each different size of tube will require a new mandrel and may require a new bottom die block and stripper.

Each different size and shape of hole may require a new punch, mandrel, stripper and bottom die block.

When ordering, please specify:

  • The tube shape and size – including wall thickness.
  • Material to be punched (with tensile strength if known)
  • The maximum tube length
  • The shape and size of the hole(s) to be punched
  • The distance between each hole, how many holes and where they are located in the tube.

 Please supply at least 5 sample lengths of tube to enable us to test and prove-out the tooling.
