Als aanvulling op onze reeks indrukwekkende bewerkingscentra is de PYRAMID 3D CAD-CAM-software beschikbaar die dynamische programmeerkenmerken biedt om te voldoen aan veeleisende productievereisten.

PYRAMID 3D is beschikbaar in verschillende talen, zoals Engels, Duits, Frans, Chinees, Nederlands, ... D klant is vrij om zelf labels aan te passen.

3D-onderdelen laden (IGS / STP)

Na het laden van IGS of STP-bestand kunnen we functies detecteren. Eenvoudig programmeren is onze vraag. Na het bewerken en sorteren van de functies, de calculatiepositie van de klemmen, kunnen we de 3D-simulatie starten met geïntegreerde tijdcalculatie en detectie van 3D-botsingen.

Functie detectie

Na functiedetectie kunnen we de functies aanpassen aan snijvariabelen. Algemene variabelen zijn ingesteld in de instellingen en revolver & gereedschapsparameters. Elke functie kan individueel of in een groep worden geopend om specifieke parameters te wijzigen en op te slaan.

3D-simulatie met botsingscontrole en tijdberekening

Na het bewerken en sorteren van de functies en de calculatie van de positie van de klemmen, kunnen we de 3D-simulatie starten met geïntegreerde tijdcalculatie en detectie van 3D-botsingen. Verplaats klemmen tijdens het snijden ... met grafische besturing.

Optioneel, Mubea biedt extra functie voor geavanceerdere oplossingen:
