Customised Hydraulic Press
For a long-term client, we have developed and supplied a customized production line consisting of an 800-ton hydraulic press and a decoiling line. Our client is a leading market player in the field of heat exchangers for the automotive e-mobility industry. We are particularly proud that our technical solution has been selected to produce battery cooler components for European e-car manufacturers.
Two moving bolsters
The feeding line features a coil-cart for the automated and secure handling of input materials. The press is customized to accommodate the client’s tooling and is equipped with two moving bolsters. These bolsters, in conjunction with automated hydraulic tool clamps, ensure safe and rapid tool changes. They also allow the customer to prepare a new tool in advance during ongoing production. A special large platform installed on top of the press facilitates ergonomic and safe maintenance.
