Z Power and Distribution Doubles Capacity with 2 New Press Brakes
At Z Power and Distribution Inc in California, HACO recently installed two brand new Synchromaster press brakes, enabling the company to boost its production of electrical distribution materials by 50%.
We had a chat with them to learn more about their collaboration with HACO.
Electrical Distribution Equipment Manufacturer
Z Power and Distribution Inc. is an American company situated in Orange County, California, specializing in electrical distribution equipment. They create everything from lighting panels and distribution panels to custom control panels. Using advanced sheet metal machinery, they transform sheets of metal into parts for their distribution products.
New HACO Machines Needed
"Our customers mainly work in electric vehicle peripherals and solar-powered data centers," said Milt Riviera. "This industry has seen explosive growth recently, leading to a surge in requests. To keep up, we had to enhance our production capacity, so we opted for two new machines from HACO."
Now, Z Power and Distribution operates with four press brakes instead of just two. The newly installed Synchromaster, equipped with Easybend 2D controls, have significantly accelerated production.
"With these machines, our aim is to eliminate production downtime and increase our output by 50%."

The Synchromaster features Easybend 2D controls, which offer an easy-to-use interface for programming bends quickly and efficiently. This allows for precise bends with minimal setup time, thanks to its powerful industrial computer processor and large multitouch display (21.5" or 24").

"We’ve been using HACO machines since since day 1," Milt explained. After acquiring another HACO machine, they once again turned to HACO when searching for high-tech equipment.
