A convincing proof of efficiency and economy The punch model VP can be equipped with the Mubea single, triple- or quintuplegang punching tool in quick-change execution. This means larger flexibility, higher capacity and cost saving. The Mubea quintuple-gang punching tool does not only allow the use of 5 different sized punching tools – even a quick-change marking tool with 10 figures in one row can be used. In this case the number of punching tools is reduced to 3.

CONCEPT

• The working slide of the VP model has a very high stroke rate.
• The hydraulic power pack was designed so that high stroke rates and thus a fast working speed are achieved.
• The working slide of the VP model is universally adjustable and guided on sliding elements made from special material. Thanks to their capability of being ajusted excellent punching results are achieved - even after a long time of application.
• The open height is designed so that many special tools can be adapted to the machine that are not possible with the traditional machines.
• Hydraulic spotting device as standard - controllable via foot switch : the punching tool is advanced to the material at low speed and with reduced pressure.
• Quick change device for tools and infinitely adjustable stripper as standard.
• The VP model is maintenance free. It does not have any lubrication points.
