A convincing proof of efficiency and economy The two different capacity sizes of the HP series (100 & 160 tons), Mubea systeme sets standards in modern punching technology. The strength of these punching machine comes from years of field usage, continual modification to meet industry demands, and the nearly unlimited range of applications to solve problems in many different industries. The tooling and accessory program was developed in close cooperation with our customers, this places the machines into the centrepiece of flexible manufacturing engineering.

CONCEPT

• Powerful, machine and tool preserving hydraulic drive
• Optimum combination of hydraulic driving power and rugged machine construction guarantees maximum performance - even after a long time of application
• The hydraulic power pack was designed so that high stroke rates and thus a fast working speed are achieved.
• The HP1000 and HP1600 models were developed for the particularly cost-effective processing of base plates, flat and section steel. The large size piston rod of the working cylinder, especially secured against torsion, simultaneously works as tool holding fixture.
• Quick-change device for tools and infinitely adjustable stripper as standard.
• The adjustment of the stripper is carried out easily via a cross handle. An inaccurate adjustment of the stripper is therefore not possible. For this reason tools and stripper of Mubea punches are not subject to excessive wear.
• The HP series machines are designed to accept accessories like linear positioning units and duplicators. They are easily mounted without additional machining and can be added to machines currently in the field.
• HP machines are nearly maintenance free. They do not have any lubrication points.
