SWITCH TO AUTOMATION

To have the various machining processes operate automatically as far as possible, we have developed the concept of flexible automation. The modular concept of the system provides for a high degree of adaptability and increased performance. These are  typical examples of innovative solutions with which we makes decisions on investments easier and considerably improves economical handling and operation.

PLATE PROCESSING

Because of their future oriented technology and their flexibility our Plate Processing systems are used economically in the most different industrial areas, like e.g. in steel, steel tower and ship construction, in general machine, vehicle and conveyor line construction, in power station and non ferrous printed board construction. End and bearing plates, sheet steel corner plates, vehicle parts, etc., from plates and flat steel can be punched, drilled and marked at low cost.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Computer controlled support table, type AT/GA

Often in practise, more than 1 hole in the same workpiece, has to be punched over and over again. Thanks to this type of support table, every new workpiece you put on the table will have the same pattern of holes. This counts not only for plates and flat steel, but also channels in the web, channels and I-Beams in the flange are no problem. This succesfull computer-controlled support and stop table for punching machines is equipped by a material support table, a lateral stop (which is the Y-direction). Thanks to ISO codes, the programmation of the CNC program is easy and can be checked by a graphic simulation on a 9 inch LCD -screen.

Moving area : Max. 1.000mm or 1.500mm (2 models) in the X-axis and for the Y-axis in accordance with the throat size (max. 610 mm minus 150 mm)

CNC controlled XY duplicator, type KTE

This CNC controlled XY-Duplicator, allows for easy machine programming by means of ISO codes. It is possible to carry out linear, rectangular, square, circular ... or any size of opening requested in the punching process. This can be done with only a few lines of entry. A 9" LCD-screen shows a graphic simulation of the workpiece.

Mubea Systeme duplicators are offered in 2 sizes :

  • Size I : Max plate size 800 x 500 mm
  • Size II : Max plate size 1200 x 750 mm

The duplicators are standard equipped with a clamping device making it possible to also punch angles.

 

Liniar positioning unit controlled by computer , type LPE

When punching long structural parts, the linear positioning unit offers optimum efficiency. This positioning unit is equipped with an easy to operate 1-axis computer control and works completely automatically. The basic length of the positioning unit is designed for processing of 80" long material bars. Extensions up to 480" are possible.

 

 

 

Program controlled lengh stop, type PLA

For the fast and accurate cutting to length of flat, angle and section steel in all different mesures. All functions of the length stop are controlled via the panel. After inputting the enquired cutting lengths, the process can be started over and over again, keeping the same mesures. This length stop is available in 3 lengths : 1500mm - 4000mm - 6000mm
