CONCEPT

• Economical operation through two-slide design : KBLH machines allow you to perform punching and shearing or notching operations simultaneously and independently of each other - an important feature for the optimal utilization of a machine tool in steel- and metalfabrication
• Since the shear slide does not run on a body and cover plate, the scales that collect during the shearing operation can easily drop out. The oil lubrication typical for Mubea machines further promotes this action
• In the case of wear, you do not have to repurchase the complete knife pair. The design of the Mubea Section knives is such that the mobile or the stationary knife can each be ordered and replaced seperately. This is a further cost-saving feature of Mubea KBLH machine.
• The KBLH machine is equipped with hydraulic systems whose size and capacity allow very high stroke rates and a high operating speed.
• Hydraulic automatic hold-down for section and flat bar shear with quick-lock feature.
• The stripper is adjusted centrally by means of a star handle, thus eliminating the possibility of a skew setting. This provides special protection for the tools and the stripper.
