The design of our drawing presses includes the following

• Flame cut welded steel plate construction, stress-relieved
by annealing before machining and assembled with prestressed
tie rods.
• Control by single or double back gears.
• Cast steel eccentrics.
• Hydraulic overload safety system by hydraulically operated
fast overload valve.
• Slide height adjustment device by braked electric motor
and automated control.
• Slide guiding by 8-face fully adjustable sliding channels
with bronze gibs.
• Lubrication controlled by progressive metering valves
using recycled oil.
• Electrical equipment to the most recent standards:
- the equipment includes a latest generation PLC,
- decentralised input/output network,
- possibility of PC use,
- modem for remote maintenance.
