Our tool adjustment presses are fitted with an innovative system that ensures that the press bolster and ram remain parallel. This system is adjustable to suit all die sizes. The ram plate can be tilted to make die retouch easier for the machine operator. In this case the top die is presented vertically (inclinable to 110°) or horizontally (inclinable to 180°). A simple programming unit fitted on the control panel facilitates tool adjustment. We can fit these machines with a PLC at the customer's request.

 

 

 

 

 

PHP 500
The main quality of this type of press is its geometrical accuracy. Long slides and alignment by a mechanical system are, together with the touch control, standard equipment on the PHP range. This 500T is also fitted with a top plate inclinable to 110°, a rolling bolster, and a “coining mode” hydraulic function to simulate the effect of shocks on the die.
