Mubomat 100S is an automatic production line for aluminium and vinyl profiles. The Mubomat functions as follow:

  1. The profiles will be loaded, not pre-cut on the loading table. Up to 15 pieces of 6.000 mm.

  2. The profiles will pushed into the cutting are with a maximum speed of 170 m/min. The profiles will me milled and drilled on the 4 planes. We can cut with 2 motors at the same time. This unit can be equipped up to 20 different motors depending what you want to produce. The X-axes of G1 and G2 is 500 mm. The profile section 100 mm x 100 mm.

  3. The profile will be sawed. The saw unit can be equipped with several saw units to reduce all kind of down times.

  4. Outside the cutting area parts will be marked with inkjet. We can print alphanumeric codes like, work piece length, number, etc or barcodes

  5. The pieces are unloaded from the cutting area over transport band and pushed on the unloading table . Up to 20 pieces of 2.000 mm.


DESCRIPTION OF 'STANDARD WINDOW'

  • Frame of 1500 mm x 1200 mm
  • 2 Sashes of 750 x 1200 ( sashes for the frame)
  • In total 12 pieces, 4 for the frame and 8 for the 2 sashes.

THE CAPACITY OF AND PRODUCTION LINE FOR STANDARD WINDOWS

  • 90 a 110 standard windows per shift (7 hours)
  • This gives an equivalent of 1.080 a 1.320 pieces per shift (7 hours)
