When the Mubomat 100S does not produce enough pieces, we can spilt up the Saw-unit and Milling-Drilling unit in 2 separated machines with some profile transfers between the 2 units. The flow of profiles will split up in 2:

1. The profiles that need no more other operation.
2. The profiles that need an extra milling and/or drilling operation

• Frame of 1.500 mm x 1.200 mm
• 2 Sashes of 750 x 1200 ( sashes for the frame)
• In total 12 pieces, 4 for the frame and 8 for the 2 sashes.

• 120 a 140 standard windows per shift (7 hours)
• This gives an equivalent of 1.440 a 1.680 pieces per shift (7 hours
