Machine description

  • This 3 machine was designed for milling, drilling, and tapping of aluminium, vinyl, wood or steel profiles and extrusions.
  • We can work on 3 planes of the part with the standard pneumatic rotation, 3 fixed positions (-90°/0°/ 90°) of the profile or extrusion.
  • In option we can deliver CNC rotation of the part (-90 ^ 90) special for cutting under any angle like waterholes of vinyl windows
  • The C-frame type machine has a heavy welded frame which assures the highest precision and accuracy for all operations.
  • By using this technology you will minimize handling time of the parts and create a solution for parts logistics, minimize damage to the parts and increase you accuracy. 
  • We offer as an option our specialized Mubea-3D profile machine and office software with solid workpiece visualization, collision control, time study and video simulation of finishing the workpiece.

The machine comes standard with a network card.
The network cable from the network to the machine is the customers responsibility

The clamp positions are automatically calculated by the Profil 3D software
